Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Agent37 is an iOS mobile application for real estate professionals. References to "we", "us", or "Agent37" in this policy refer to the operators of the Agent37 application. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at hello@agent37.net.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account and use Agent37, you provide us with:

• Account information — your full name and email address collected at registration
• Client data — buyer and seller information you enter into the app, including names, contact details, search criteria, listing addresses, pricing, and closing details
• Notes and todos — text content you create within the app
• Files and media — photos, receipts, reports, and other files you upload
• Vendor information — vendor names, contact details, and event data you enter
• Team information — email addresses of team members you invite, and their permission levels
• Profile information — phone number, address, and profile photo if optionally added
• Transaction links — URLs to third-party platforms saved within the app
• Communications — messages you send to us at hello@agent37.net

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use Agent37, we automatically collect certain technical information:

• Device information — device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Push notification token — used to deliver birthday reminders and team notifications
• Usage data — features accessed, screens viewed, and general app activity
• Authentication data — sign-in timestamps and session information managed by Firebase Authentication

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

Agent37 does not collect:

• Your location or GPS data
• Contacts from your device address book
• Browsing history or activity outside of the app
• Financial information — all payments are processed directly by Apple and we never see your payment details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Agent37 application
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Sync your data across sessions via Firebase
• Enable the team feature — sharing authorized data with team members you invite
• Send push notifications — birthday reminders and team activity alerts
• Send transactional emails — team invitations via Hostinger SMTP
• Process subscription purchases via Apple StoreKit
• Enforce free usage limits on entries and storage
• Respond to your support requests and communications
• Improve the app based on usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored using Firebase, a platform operated by Google LLC. Firebase services used by Agent37 include:

• Firebase Authentication — manages your account credentials securely
• Firebase Firestore — stores your client data, notes, todos, vendor information, and app settings
• Firebase Storage — stores photos, receipts, reports, and other files you upload

All data is stored on Google infrastructure with industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. Firebase data centers are located in the United States. By using Agent37 you consent to your data being stored and processed in the United States.

5. Data Sharing

5.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or client data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Your client data belongs to you.

5.2 Service Providers

We share limited data with the following service providers solely to operate the app:

• Google Firebase — data storage, authentication, and push notifications. Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple — subscription payment processing via StoreKit. Apple Privacy Policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
• Hostinger — transactional email delivery for team invitations. Hostinger Privacy Policy: hostinger.com/privacy-policy
• Zippopotam.us — zip code lookup for buyer search criteria. Only the city and state you type are sent to this service. No personal data is transmitted.

5.3 Team Feature

When you use the team feature, data within your account is visible to team members you have explicitly invited and authorized. You control who has access and at what permission level. You may revoke access at any time. Team members' access to your account is governed by the permissions you set.

5.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

6. Push Notifications

Agent37 sends push notifications for the following purposes:

• Birthday reminders — a notification on the morning of a client's birthday when the Remind me toggle is enabled for that client
• Team activity — notifications when a team member accepts an invitation to your account

You can manage push notification permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings under Notifications. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the app.

7. Email Communications

Agent37 sends transactional emails for the following purpose only:

• Team invitations — an email to the address you provide when inviting a team member

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional communications. The sender address for transactional emails is noreply@agent37.net.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Your account data and all client data is retained while your account exists
• If you cancel your subscription your data is retained and your account continues on the free plan
• If you delete your account all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage
• Backups may retain data for a short period following deletion as part of Firebase's standard backup processes

We do not retain data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the Agent37 app. When you delete your account:

• All client data, notes, todos, photos, reports, and files are permanently deleted from Firebase
• Your account credentials are removed from Firebase Authentication
• Team members who had access to your account immediately lose that access
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Account deletion does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID account settings.

10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 Access and Correction

You can access and update your account information — including name, phone number, address, and profile photo — directly within the Agent37 app. Client data can be edited or deleted within the app at any time.

10.2 Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. See Section 9 for details.

10.3 California Residents — CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share
• The right to request deletion of your personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — we do not sell personal information
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

10.4 European Users — GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• The right to access your personal data
• The right to rectification of inaccurate data
• The right to erasure of your data
• The right to restrict or object to processing
• The right to data portability

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contract between you and Agent37 (providing the app service), and in some cases your consent (push notifications). To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@agent37.net.

11. Age Requirement

Agent37 is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@agent37.net and we will promptly delete it.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These measures include:

• All data transmitted between the app and Firebase is encrypted using TLS
• Data stored in Firebase is encrypted at rest
• Firebase Authentication manages password security and account access
• Access to Firebase infrastructure is restricted and monitored

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you become aware of any security issue, please notify us immediately at hello@agent37.net.

13. Third-Party Links

Agent37 allows you to save links to third-party platforms such as Skyslope, Glide, Dotloop, and others. When you tap these links, you are directed to external websites or applications that have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external service you use.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Agent37 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
